I use Jahai Rat

I love the people's reactions in Random Arena when they see a gigantic rat. "WTF IS THAT" or "HOLY THAT'S HUGE". Yea.. his name's "Nipples"

All pets 'tank' equally since they all have equal health and armor.

Not true some pets have lower health based on their experiences. By that I mean Dire, Hearty, and Elder.

My warrior's spider has been used in quite a few builds (reverse bunny-thump, for instance) but has more recently found a spot in my tanking build. Running up to a choke point, it helps to have another body to help protect the squishies.

It's name has underwent several changes over the years...

1st: Widower
2nd: Fetisha
3rd: Stygian
4th: Rampage
5th: Fodder
6th (current): Zergling

My warrior has an elder Crane named Mr Miyagi. Never fails to inspire comments from Pugs/RA folks.

My monk has a Dune Lizard as tall as she is named Future Belt.

that is based on the evolution of the pet, not the type of pet.

Think my pets only ever had 2 names (originally a Melandrus Stalker, now a Dire Black Widow). Started out as Eddie, now its Mr Flibble.

Gotta love spiders named after Penguin hand puppets (only people who've seen Red Dwarf will understand).

Well, my ranger has had a few pets in his time as well.

Hearty Wolf - Rubicante
Hearty Lizard - Shinzo
Black Moa - Blood talon
Elder crab - Reno
Aggressive white tiger - Wo Dao
Dire Wolf - Blitzkrieg (Current pet)

I loved all of them.

I'm sure I'm not the only one.......

Since the new year I have a Warthog pet - I also got a minipet pig at the event so now I can run around with "Big Piggy" and a little piglet in tow as well - cute family outing

Good to see another Starcraft lover out there! Too bad my CD drive died and i haven't had the chance to replace it and thusly play Starcraft.

My faithful Necro (Msixteen Atwo, if you don't know, it's a gun) is very happy to have not one, but 2 faithful PIGs named Em Sixty(If you didn't know, a gun nicknames "The Pig" for the sound it makes, big brother to M16). Thank you Canthan New Year for our newly found Pigs (that don't sell for very much, although I don't know why they would actually....)

Snow wolf ftw.

I cant recall my exact beastmaster build, but I remember that I liked to go R/W and put enough in tactics to have a sheild. I would then run around spamming heal sig and use a +5 energy one hand to have my pet attack. Kite ranger ftw.
